Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager
Kalleidoscope Designs – Las Vegas, NV
Kalleidoscope Designs is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant & Social Media Manager to support our growing interior design business. This is an in-person position with opportunities for growth based on performance and company expansion.
Schedule: Part-Time with potential for additional hours and advancement
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
Manage client records and maintain CRM database
Assist with email correspondence and follow-up communications
Organize files, appointments, and project information
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Social Media & Marketing
Create and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
Develop and manage Reels, Stories, and short-form video content
Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns
Increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
Respond to comments, messages, and social media inquiries
Photograph and video design projects for marketing purposes
Assist with blog content, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
Monitor social media analytics and provide performance updates
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with social media platforms and content creation
Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager
Experience using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
Comfortable learning and managing CRM systems
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Interest or experience in interior design, home décor, real estate, hospitality, or related industries is a plus

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, bring creative ideas to the table, and help grow the Kalleidoscope Designs brand while providing exceptional support to our clients. The ideal candidate enjoys both administrative work and marketing and is eager to grow with a small business.
