Administrative Assistant to Lien Collection Manager

Job Overview:

Hybrid work from home. Mon, Tue and Wed in office, Thu and Fri wok from home. Medical Lien collection manager in well established medical billing and medical lien collection company requires an administrative assistant. This is an immediate full time position. The scope of job is to follow up with attorneys to get Personal Injury Liens signed. Will train the right person if needed. Duties will include placing telephone calls and emails to attorney offices to obtain signed liens. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Monday, Tuesday and Wed 8 am to 4.30pm in office, Thu 8am to 5pm and Fri 8am-3pm work from home. Total 38.5 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $2,800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chino Hills, CA 91709
