Our company is seeking a reliable, organized, and fast-learning individual to serve as a full-time assistant to the Company President. This position will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including bookkeeping, basic human resources, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an office environment, patience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks / QuickBooks Online, mid-level computing skills or beyond. Other required skills include being highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets.
We are seeking someone who is highly trainable, adaptable, and versatile. Our ideal candidate is someone who takes the extra step beyond what is asked if they see an opportunity to improve a process or task. We are searching for someone who understands and appreciates the value of an equally committed team!
Job Type: Part-time (35+ hours per week)
Salary: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on years of experience and other qualifications)
