Administrative Assistant to the Accounting Department

Job Summary
Winter Springs property management company seeking administrative assistant to our wonderful accounting team. No experience is required -- we will teach you everything that you need. You'll learn how to help us with a variety of tasks like payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, and month end audit. If you are keen on details and have strong organizational skills, we'd love to meet with you. This position has potential for growth in our department and in the company as a whole.

Qualifications

  • Intelligence. We can train everything you need -- your intelligence and desire to learn are important pieces of that process.
  • Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with general office procedures
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  • Strong computer literacy including data entry, Google Workspace applications, and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting support is a plus, but not required
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professionalism in handling inquiries
  • Exceptional writing skills to maintain corporate communications
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is a huge plus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
