We're seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the President of our company.
About the Role
As the Administrative Assistant to the President, you will serve as a key partner in supporting the President's daily activities, priorities, and broader organizational responsibilities. This position encompasses executive support, calendar management, communications, project coordination, correspondence management, and a variety of administrative and operational duties that contribute to the efficient operation of the company.
You will be responsible for managing the President's schedule, communications, and day-to-day priorities while also assisting with organizational initiatives and special projects as needed. We are seeking someone who is highly organized, communicative, proactive, and capable of taking initiative in a fast-paced business environment.
As the leader of a dynamic company in a constantly evolving industry, the President's tasks, priorities, and needs are rarely consistent from day to day. The successful candidate will be resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable wearing many hats. They will be relied upon for their judgment, professionalism, experience, and intuition to anticipate needs, respond to changing circumstances, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.

You are highly organized, professional in appearance and demeanor, and capable of representing the President and the company with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.
You are an exceptional communicator, and organization comes naturally to you. To succeed in this role, you must possess outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable interacting with high-level clients, business leaders, and C-suite executives.
You have proven success working closely with senior management. Understanding the mindset, workflow, expectations, and priorities of executive leadership will establish a strong foundation for success in this role.
You are proactive and resourceful. You don't wait to be told what needs to be done. You anticipate needs, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and take ownership of your responsibilities.
You are willing to adapt and learn. Since projects often move quickly and priorities can change rapidly, you must demonstrate flexibility and composure while handling challenges as they arise. This may involve learning new tasks, creating new workflows, or developing solutions to support changing business needs.
You possess strong multitasking, planning, and time-management skills. You can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
You're not afraid to tackle anything tech related. Daily, you will use either Windows or macOS and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, and various web-based tools. Knowledge of iOS is preferred. An intuitive understanding of contemporary technology and web-based services is important.

Compensation
A complete compensation package is finalized once the interview process is concluded. It will account for experience and our judgment of core competencies.
The expected pay range for this position begins at $40,000 to 50,000 per year.
