Administrative Assistant to the SLP Director
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to directly support our SLP Director. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys managing details, communication, and day-to-day coordination in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the SLP Director’s calendar, scheduling, and daily priorities

Coordinating meetings, appointments, and internal/external communication

Drafting and sending professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the Director

Organizing and maintaining records, files, and documentation (scanning, filing, updating logs)

Supporting scheduling needs for the Director (and related tasks as needed)

Assisting with administrative projects, tracking tasks, and following up on action items

Maintaining office organization systems and supporting document management

Valid NYS drivers license
-
Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned
What we’re looking for:

Strong organization, time-management, and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willing to travel to Long Island office locations with SLP Director as needed.

Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information
-
Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy setting

Confident with computers and learning new systems (Google Workspace preferred)
