POSITION:
- Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent - Full Time
ASSIGNMENT:
- Champion Board of Education - 260 days per year
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior Secretarial Experience, School experience a plus.

High School Graduate.

Computer competency in Google Workspace with minimum 60 wpm keyboarding.

Strong Interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated skill in organizing, typing, and accuracy.
- Competent in written composition skills.

Professional attitude in dealing with the public at all times.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
-
Demonstrated standards in ethics and confidentiality.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with children of all abilities.

Experience with school EMIS reporting/student enrollment.
-
Public Relations experience.
-
Experience preparing agendas and minutes.
SALARY:
- Board-approved salary schedule.
