Administrative Assistant Trailer Sales. Parts & Service

Trailer Sales, Service and Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a person with great administrative and organization skills to join our busy trailer dealership. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task and work cohesively with others. Experience in trailer/automotive parts & service is a plus!

Sales

Answer phones and help assist customers with purchasing trailers.

Prepare files for new inventory and enter them into the computer system.

Prepare mailings for purchased trailers.

Requires good computer & phone skills and ability to multi-task.

Parts

Pull parts for service techs and charge them to service orders.

Organize parts

Order parts, receive and restock parts

Sell parts

Help establish reorder points & proactive orders to avoid shortages.

Trailer Service

Enter work orders in computer, including all customer and trailer information.

Assist with calling customers to get approvals & updates.

Enter all labor & parts to ticket and setup billing.

Call customer when service completed.

Warranty Work

Same as above for intake

Contact manufacturer for approval of warranty work.

Coordinate parts for trailer from the manufacturer.

Bill manufacturer and monitor receipt of payment/credit for billing

Schedule

Full time Monday through Friday, plus two Saturdays per month from 9-2. Overtime after 40 hours per week.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
