Position: Administrative Assistant – Travel consultant

About the Company
SELECT Touristik Travel & Tourism] is an inbound & outbound travel and tourism organization dedicated to providing exceptional travel experiences and customer service. We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Assistant/ travel consultant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and clerical support to the management team.
* Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and tour arrangements.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Maintain records, filing systems, and company databases.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and travel documentation.
* Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
* Assist with visa applications and travel-related paperwork.
* Support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Previous experience in administration or the travel and tourism industry is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
