We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license and be capable of handling administrative tasks, coordination, and basic office support, including field-related duties when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
- Manage correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and internal documentation
- Maintain records, logs, and office files (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government offices
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and inventory tracking
- Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative tasks
- Perform field work such as document submission, collection, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication between departments
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role in the UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
