We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, handle documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks, and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain and organize documents, records, and reports.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate calendars.
- Prepare letters, memos, invoices, and basic reports.
- Support HR and operations with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and supervise purchases.
- Assist in onboarding procedures and internal coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare/medical services (added advantage).
- UAE National Required
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
