Administrative Assistant- Wedding Venue

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant wedding venue team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting event coordination. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong office management skills. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, manage scheduling, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively team dedicated to celebrating love and special moments.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere
  • Decorate the venue for a faux wedding set up and create a beautiful welcome display for meetings and tours
  • Handle data entry, filing, and organizational tasks to prepare the team for events
  • Use Google Drive and other in house systems to help with client data
  • Support event planning by assisting with client communication and logistical arrangements
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area while managing office supplies inventory
  • Assist the Day of Coordinator with up to 2 weddings per weekend.
  • The ideal schedule is Monday- Wednesday 9-5 with two 4 Hour event assistant shifts between Thursday and Sunday. Wedding assistant shift days will vary and be dependent on your availability!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
