Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience (Part-Time)

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience to join our team. This part-time role is primarily focused on property management support, along with general administrative and bookkeeping duties, and occasional backup support for our construction office.

This position is primarily remote, but the ideal candidate should be comfortable working on site when needed. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day property management operations, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, rent posting, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Handle general administrative and bookkeeping tasks such as invoice management, recordkeeping, check processing, scheduling, and office support
  • Provide occasional backup administrative support to the construction office as needed

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Comfortable working remotely and on site as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Zoom

Benefits: 401(K), Health insurance, Paid time off
Schedule: Part-time — ~20 hours/week (flexible scheduling; availability during standard business hours required) + weekend on-call for occasional emergency tenant calls

Pay: $25.98 - $27.00 per hour
