Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks Experience

Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks experience to support our office operations. This role involves basic bookkeeping, general office duties, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Duties

  • Assist in scheduling service appointments.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Proofread invoices, packing slips and bill of lading for accuracy and clarity before before entering into QB.
  • Provide friendly customer service in person and over the phone

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients and colleagues (and seen as a huge plus!).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
