ComSoft is a dealership management software (DMS) and marketing provider to independent dealerships. Our software assists dealerships with tracking vehicle inventory, prospects, processing deal paperwork, management reports, buy-here-pay-here or lease-here-pay-here collections, compliance tools, integrated partners, and much more. Additionally, we arrange integrated websites and marketing feeds to third party advertisers. The websites include a mobile app to efficiently get a dealers’ inventory both online and within the DMS.

We have been serving dealerships with their computing needs since 1971 and are considered pioneers in the DMS industry. Over the decades, we have served thousands of dealerships which allows us to bring a unique level of experience to the marketplace.

Position Description:

Perform general office duties including answering and transferring phone calls on a multi-line phone system to the proper employee. Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain employee time sheets, setting up new customers and posting payments in QuickBooks, filing, assisting other staff, and perform general administrative or other related duties as assigned. Assist in preparing spreadsheets, Word documents, and creating PowerPoint presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of general office procedures and processes
  • Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Significant experience with QuickBooks accounting software (desktop edition preferred)
  • Background in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (merging/adding clients)
  • Proficiency in email campaigns using Constant Contact
  • Professional and Compassionate telephone communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Motivated with excellent time management skills

Schedule:

Monday - Friday from 9:00am until 5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch break. (35 hours/week). Work location is in-person.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00/hour depending on skill sets plus opportunities for bonuses.
