Administrative Assistant (With Tadbeer experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare professional documents such as memos, emails, invoices, and reports.
  • Maintain and update reports and records for domestic workers.
  • Handle domestic worker contracts: receive, sort, prepare, and archive.
  • Be the main point of contact for domestic workers needing office support.
  • Provide assistance to domestic workers facing challenges, such as abuse, complaints, or grievances.
  • Answer internal and external queries about domestic workers.
  • Update and maintain information in the ERP system.
  • Print, scan, and photocopy documents as needed.
  • Track and record attendance for all domestic workers.
  • Take meeting notes and minutes when required.
  • Perform general office duties: filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Preferably with relevant experience in Tadbeer
  • Proven experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a supportive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
