We are looking for a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in Canada. Administrative Assistant Job responsibilities.
Manage calendars, appointments, and virtual meetings.
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
Respond to emails and handle daily administrative correspondence.
Maintain accurate digital records and organize company files.
Coordinate meetings, record meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with employee onboarding and administrative documentation.
Provide administrative support to multiple teams across the company.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports when required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Support special projects and perform general administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other workplace productivity software.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
