What You Will Do
* Manage front desk responsibilities, greet visitors, and provide exceptional customer service
* Operate the phone system efficiently, directing calls, and taking messages accurately
* Utilize computer skills such as Microsoft Office Suite
* Provide clerical support as needed to all departments
What We Look For
* Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Dependability and professionalism
* Demonstrated customer service expertise with professional phone etiquette and support skills
Senior living or long-term care experience is preferred, but heart and character matter most.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.68 per hour
