Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries through calls and emails, directing them appropriately and handling correspondence.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate office and property records.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up to support decision-making.
- Monitor property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
- Create and manage property-related documentation and databases.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including payment terms, invoicing, and client queries.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in all client interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or client engagement.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with active listening ability.
- Basic accounting knowledge, including payment terms, invoicing, and financial transactions.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Arabic language skills preferred.
- Must be available to start immediately.
