Administrative Assistant/Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client inquiries through calls and emails, directing them appropriately and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate office and property records.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and follow up to support decision-making.
  • Monitor property listings on portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.).
  • Create and manage property-related documentation and databases.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including payment terms, invoicing, and client queries.
  • Provide general administrative and office support.
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication in all client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, sales, or client engagement.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with active listening ability.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, including payment terms, invoicing, and financial transactions.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Must be available to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
