A growing plumbing company has an immediate opening for an administrative assistant to conduct invoicing.
We are a commercial plumbing company located on the Northwest side of Chicago. We are looking for a full time administrative assistant who can assist two of our full time estimators.
Typing proposals and invoices
Speaking to customers to give them breakdowns of bills
Processing credit card information
Answering the phones
Responding to emails and phone calls
Filing
Billing out invoices for service work performed
We are looking for someone is able to type well, has a lot of experience with Outlook, and is very organized. The qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and have exceptional organizational skills. Candidate will be a team player not afraid to tackle project with a can do attitude. Please send resumes for immediate consideration. Construction experience is a plus.
Pay is $20/ hour. We offer an employee matching plan for retirement. Guaranteed to have 40 of work a week and overtime is available. After a positive three month review, health insurance is offered. Employees are responsible for 25% of the cost of health insurance. The company covers the other 75%. After a positive six month review, 1 week vacation is offered.
Hours are from 7:30-4:00 with 1/2 hour available for lunch. Over time work is available if needed. In person only- no remote option.
Attire is office casual.
