Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper (Part-Time)

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is part-time with a great work/life balance and flexibility.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting office operations while maintaining accurate financial records. The successful candidate will be professional, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

· Answer phones & respond to emails

· Manage filing systems, correspondence, scheduling, and general office support tasks

· Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, cash-flow

· Prepare invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts

· Assist with payroll processing and other bookkeeping functions as needed

· Support management with administrative projects and office coordination

Qualifications

· Experience with QuickBooks Online

· Experience in administrative support

· Knowledge of the construction industry a plus

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience in Microsoft 365 – Word/Excel

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
