Administrative Assistant/Customer Service

Receptionist / Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist / Customer Service Representative. This is a fully in-office position, and consistent attendance and punctuality are extremely important for the success of this role.

The ideal candidate must be responsible, proactive, able to follow instructions carefully, and comfortable handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as this position works closely with sensitive client information and administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors
  • Respond to emails and general inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain organized client records and files
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks
  • Support the customer service team as needed
  • Maintain office organization and supplies
  • Assist with document preparation and filing
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous office or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
  • Ability to work fully in-office (not remote)
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

  • Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
