Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service professional to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our office operations while delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for customers and clients, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations. Duties

  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate staff members using proper phone etiquette
  • Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with accuracy, utilizing software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and House Call Pro
  • Perform general office tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, estimate follow-up and organizing meetings
  • Assist with bookkeeping responsibilities such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial recordkeeping.
  • Provide excellent customer support via phone, or email to address inquiries promptly and professionally

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing superior customer service
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse client base effectively
  • Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping or data entry tasks is preferred
  • Familiarity with office management practices including filing systems, calendar coordination, and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of Chimney related Home Improvement is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is important
  • Strong computer literacy combined with excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
