Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep to join our team. JOB WILL REQUIRE SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STORE/WAREHOUSE. YOU WILL HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE OF OFFICE AND REQUIRE SOME MINIMAL LIFTING NOT JUST SIT AT DESK JOB.This vital role combines administrative support with basic bookkeeping responsibilities, customer service, and ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, High energy and possess a strong foundation in customer service and Admin setting. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining financial records, managing accounts, customer service and supporting administrative tasks that keep our organization running efficiently..

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Working Directly With Owner On Customer Orders/ Quotes
  • Resolve Customer Issues
  • Create Customer Sales Invoices and Estimates
  • Assure Price Accuracy On Customer Orders
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Help Customers Selecting Right Product
  • Inside Sales
  • Accounts Receivables/ Payables
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Record Expenses
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Record all bills into system
  • Taking sales orders from inbound phone calls and emails
  • Ordering Products for customer orders
  • Perform all other office tasks
  • Help out were needed
  • Being productive with downtime
  • Meeting Customer Timelines and Request

Requirements

  • Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel
  • Familiarity with financial concepts such as accounts payable/receivable management, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in 10 key typing is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure precise recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Office Admin ,Bookkeeping or other related fields

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
