We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative, Scale House Operator to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Provide comprehensive customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as dispatching trucks, scale house operations, AR and maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all customer interactions are documented accurately.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields such as front desk operations or administrative support, scale house operations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure clear and professional communication.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
