Administrative Assistant/Data Entry early morning shift

Local long-standing truck line North Park Transportation Co in Billings, MT has an immediate full time Administrative Assistant/Data Entry opening. This is an in office position.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 4:30am to 1:00pm.

Pay Range: $20.50-$23.00 DOE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Rating and billing
• Give freight quotes
• Auditing
• Prioritize work on a daily basis and multi-task
• Ability to learn and comprehend pricing and freight movement
• Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proficiency in the use of various software systems including email and AS400
• Data Entry 55 w.p.m.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and follow up
• Able to pass a background check and drug test
• Knowledge & familiarity with trucking/shipping preferred
