neoRhino is looking for an energetic, charismatic, and motivated IT ADMIN ASSISTANT/Dispatch to join our growing IT solutions firm based in Houston, TX . Candidate will provide support by managing day to day administrative requests for the Technical Operations team. The Assistant will report to the Administrative Coordinator and Tech Ops Lead and provide administrative office support and dispatch duties for the Technical Team. This position requires a dependable, versatile, professional, and customer friendly person capable of multi-tasking and has great attention to detail. The candidate needs to have initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks with time sensitive deadlines, work well in a fast paced environment and possess strong organization, communication, and coordination skills. GOOD NOTE TAKING and PRIORITIZATION is a must. MUST be a team player. A majority of the position will be scheduling/dispatch with general administrative support. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, SharePoint, Excel & PowerPoint.
Current hours will be part time 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, with potential to expand to full -time.
