To assist in administrative management of Client and Employee Service department and executive assisting to CEO.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Include the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for assisting in administrative tasks, including performance planning and development and work assignments. The Family Concierge Administrative Assistant makes recommendations to the CEO regarding employee decisions that are given particular weight.
Supervision Received
This position will report directly to the CEO.
People Contact
Ability to work and interact well with other employees, clients, clients’ children, others involved in the children’s care (teachers, instructors, coaches, health care professionals, etc.), and other professionals working for or with the client (caterer, housekeeper, dry cleaner, etc.).
Decision-Making
This position requires a high level of decision-making ability. Ability to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment.
Qualifications
Education And/Or Experience
Required: At least four years’ experience in administrative assistance to successfully perform this job. A bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid drivers license, personal auto insurance, CPR/First Aid certification for infant, child, adult, is required.

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
