Corridor Title is seeking a personable, detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant for our Lockhart office, who will serve as both the welcoming face of our office and a key support resource for our escrow teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, keeping an office running smoothly, and contributing directly to escrow operations.
About the Role
As the Administrative Assistant, you will ensure our office environment is professional, efficient, and client‑focused. You’ll greet clients, manage calls, support day‑to‑day office operations, and provide hands‑on administrative support to our escrow staff. This position plays an essential role in maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Office Operations
- Welcome and assist clients to ensure a positive and comfortable experience.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of all client-facing and common areas.
- Answer and route incoming calls; take messages and assist in returning calls when needed.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate office maintenance, IT needs, meeting setups, and events.
Escrow Support Responsibilities
- Open new escrow files and enter closing dates into the office calendar.
- Process escrow-related mail, deposits, and documentation.
- Order tax certificates and assist with collection of required file items.
- Send out commitment letters and help manage information flow between escrow teams and clients.
- Communicate with team members across multiple Corridor Title offices regarding files, priorities, and collaborative needs.
- Support escrow officers with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, organizing file materials, and data entry.
General Administrative Duties
- Perform photocopying, scanning, filing, mail processing, and other administrative functions.
- Assist with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation materials as assigned.
- Support office leadership with special projects and scheduling needs.
- Participate in company community service initiatives as appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in an office or administrative role (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
