Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service, managing office tasks, and assisting with data entry. You will perfrom a mix of administrative, logistical, and assistant-type duties, while supporting management and coworkers for optimal productivity.
Duties:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, check customers out
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Dispatch and maintain routing for the maintenance division
- Coordinate projects and tasks to ensure efficient office operation
-Perform general clerical duties such as filing, coping, and scanning documents
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office setting is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and external parties
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
