AGI's Atlas International Education FZC is looking for a professional and customer-focused Administrative Assistant / Front Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, supporting admissions activities, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
- Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, admissions, and institute services.
- Manage appointments and direct visitors to the appropriate department.
Administrative Support
- Maintain student records, files, and administrative documents.
- Perform data entry and update databases accurately.
- Prepare reports, letters, certificates, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments as required.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the front office is organized and presentable.
Admissions & Student Support
- Assist prospective students with admission procedures and documentation requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries and support the admissions team in converting leads into enrollments.
- Maintain records of inquiries, applications, and admissions status.
- Support student registration and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Educational Institute is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
