Administrative Assistant/Jr. Graphic Designer

Overview
We are seeking a professional and well- organized person to assist the lead designer in managing orders and working with clients. The ideal candidate has a background in the Adobe Suite and will have excellent communication skills. This role involves working directly with clients in the commercial print industry as well as daily customer service and office duties.

Responsibilities

  • Manage orders and communicate with clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • A good working knowledge of the Adobe Suite and other design tools to produce visually appealing layouts.
  • Speak with clients and take in orders by phone, email, and in person.
  • Prepare proofs, manage projects, work with Excel to create personalized projects and direct mail pieces.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience in print advertising and digital design is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
