We are a Real Estate management company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and accounting tasks to help keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including bank account reconciliations, accounts payable, and data entry
  • Manage vendor invoices, payments, and expense tracking
  • Assist with office administration, correspondence, license renewals, city certifications
  • Support management with reporting, recordkeeping, and general operations
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support and bookkeeping
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Appfolio or similar accounting software (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
