Administrative Assistant/Office Support

Alaska Wild Berry Products is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position supports daily office operations, customer communication, and administrative coordination for our retail and manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist with customer orders, wholesale accounts, and vendor communication
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential personnel files
  • Support accounts payable/receivable, reports, and data entry
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up communications
  • Assist with special projects, seasonal events, and operational support tasks
  • Help maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systems

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Customer service and administrative experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
  • Some overtime or weekend work may be required during peak seasons
  • Starting at $20.00 per hour

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
