Alaska Wild Berry Products is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This position supports daily office operations, customer communication, and administrative coordination for our retail and manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with customer orders, wholesale accounts, and vendor communication
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential personnel files
- Support accounts payable/receivable, reports, and data entry
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-up communications
- Assist with special projects, seasonal events, and operational support tasks
- Help maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative systems
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Customer service and administrative experience preferred
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace experience preferred
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some overtime or weekend work may be required during peak seasons
- Starting at $20.00 per hour
