Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Work From Home (Supporting an Erie, CO-based company)
Hours: 20–25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4–5 hours per day, flexible start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM

What You'll Do

  • Obtain building permits for projects in multiple Front Range counties and municipalities
  • Communicate with customers regarding project status and scheduling
  • Respond to new customer inquiries and assist with lead follow-up
  • Prepare and send estimates and project documents
  • Coordinate subcontractor scheduling
  • Assist with purchasing and vendor communications
  • Perform light bookkeeping and record keeping
  • Maintain accurate customer and project information in company software
  • Support day-to-day operations and help keep projects progressing smoothly

Qualifications & Skills

We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys helping a growing business succeed. The ideal candidate will possess many of the following qualities and experiences:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office management, project coordination, or executive assistant role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications) is required
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Honest, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Pleasant, professional, and easy to work with
  • Someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in helping others succeed
  • Experience in construction, contracting, permitting, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience working with county or municipal permitting processes is a plus
  • Experience working remotely is preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot, JobTread, and QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and software systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Starting at $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
