Tyson Property Management is seeking a reliable and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the role of Property Management Coordinator. The coordinator will perform a range of duties under the direct supervision of our licensed Department Managers in the managing of single-family homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic receptionist duties
- Answer phones and emails
- Ability to work on a team
- Perform data entry and filing
- Prepare and mail notices
- Discuss available properties and application qualifications with prospective customers
- Processing tenant applications
- Advertising and marketing
- Assemble lease documents
- Assist existing clients and customers with account questions
- Schedule and conduct property inspections
- Assist tenants with maintenance requests
- Prepare reports for management
- Dispute resolution
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Office administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to drive to multiple property locations to perform inspections of vacant and occupied properties
- Basic understanding of home maintenance preferred
Computer Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Familiarity with CRM and accounting software
