Administrative Assistant/Purchasing Coordinator

Seeking candidate to fill full-time position of Administrative Assistant/Purchasing Coordinator. The position provides administrative and clerical support to the CEO, Administration, and other areas as assigned. Position works 36-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

The Purchasing Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital by securing essential supplies, equipment, and services at the best possible value while adhering to quality and safety standards. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex procurement procedures.

  • Must perform all duties in a professional manner, using appropriate discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate with visitors, patients, physicians, and co-workers effectively in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must possess excellent clerical skills, have ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and organize work flow in fast paced office setting
  • Must be computer literate, proficient with keyboarding, and skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
  • Must be a self starter, and be able to work well independently, or in group situations as needed


Must have High School Diploma or equivalent

Prefer candidates to have minimum of 2 years previous work experience as executive support staff or management support staff in hospital or healthcare setting
