Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation (electronic and physical).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and staff coordination.
Accounting / Tally Responsibilities:
- Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense reports.
- Generate invoices, maintain accounts receivable/payable, and follow up on payments.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents for audit.
- Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and compliant with company and statutory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or accounts support role.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
