Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems, and documentation (electronic and physical).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding documentation and staff coordination.

Accounting / Tally Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, petty cash, and expense reports.
  • Generate invoices, maintain accounts receivable/payable, and follow up on payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting documents for audit.
  • Ensure all accounting entries are accurate and compliant with company and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or accounts support role.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (Tally Prime preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
