Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage company email correspondences
Assist with managing and updating the company Shopify store, including product listings, order tracking, and inventory updates
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Coordinate and support event planning activities
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Responsible for organizing and maintaining customer and company electronic files
Organizing office and showroom
Other administrative duties based on company needs
Skills
Experience in a construction office setting is a plus
Proficiency in computerized systems for scheduling and record-keeping
Knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is required
Strong customer support skills with a focus on delivering excellent service
Ability to manage front desk operations effectively
Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls professionally
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Word and Excel knowledge is required
