Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting our team in various capacities.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for Finance and Towing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently.
  • Support the team with personal assistant duties as needed to enhance productivity.

Skills

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Towing, Car Lots and Repair Shops duties is a plus.
  • Ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Computer literacy to navigate various software applications.
  • Comfortable using phone systems for communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
