Administrative assistant/receptionist in a financial services office. Reports to Office Manager and Financial Advisor.
*This is a part-time position targeting 25 hours per week, with some hours/schedule flexibility that can be discussed (up to 30 hours/week).

Administrative Support responsibilities include:
- Managing calendar (including appointment scheduling)
- Fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, handling of correspondence
- Maintaining client database using CRM software
- Completing administrative paperwork and tracking workflow
- Office organization, including scanning and electronic document filing
Skills/qualifications:
- Candidate must have high school diploma. Relevant experience preferred.
- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe
- Willing to learn new technology
- Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking; ability to identify and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport over the phone with a wide range of clients
- Dedicated commitment to providing superior customer service with a focus on quality work
