Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Part-time)

Administrative assistant/receptionist in a financial services office. Reports to Office Manager and Financial Advisor.

*This is a part-time position targeting 25 hours per week, with some hours/schedule flexibility that can be discussed (up to 30 hours/week).

Administrative Support responsibilities include:

  • Managing calendar (including appointment scheduling)
  • Fielding telephone calls, receiving visitors, handling of correspondence
  • Maintaining client database using CRM software
  • Completing administrative paperwork and tracking workflow
  • Office organization, including scanning and electronic document filing

Skills/qualifications:

  • Candidate must have high school diploma. Relevant experience preferred.
  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe
  • Willing to learn new technology
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking; ability to identify and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone with a wide range of clients
  • Dedicated commitment to providing superior customer service with a focus on quality work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
