Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a receptionist and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Duties: - Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with event planning and coordination - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Provide general administrative support to staff as needed Skills: - Previous experience as a receptionist or clerk is preferred - Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments - Basic knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment. Spanish Speaking Preferred. Hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30-7. This position will serve as a backup to the day shift as needed.
