Role Overview
We are seeking experienced
Administrative Assistants
and
Legal Secretaries
to support a long-term research initiative for one of our clients, a leading organization in the
artificial intelligence
space. In this role, you will apply your professional legal or administrative expertise to help design, review, and refine occupation-specific research materials and structured research questions.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong organizational and documentation skills who are comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, review, and evaluate research questions related to legal and administrative support functions

Apply professional judgment informed by prior administrative or legal support experience

Produce accurate, clearly documented, and well-structured written outputs

Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across all deliverables

Collaborate with remote stakeholders and meet agreed-upon timelines
Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Legal Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a closely related legal or administrative role

Availability to commit at least 15 hours per week

Access to a desktop or laptop computer compatible with required software (Chromebook operating systems are not supported due to technical limitations)

Strong organizational, documentation, and written communication skills

Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship
Contract & Payment Details

Fully remote position with flexible scheduling

Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered

Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on business needs and performance
