Administrative Assistant/Shipping Associate

Vorticy is a fast-growing manufacturer of wooden games such as Cornhole. We’re looking for an eager employee to help make our customers' shopping experience more enjoyable. If you are a "people person" who loves working in multiple departments, this position is for you!

Experience working with customers in person, over the phone, and via email is a plus.

If you've been a personal assistant who is familiar with juggling interdisciplinary tasks and communicating extensively, you will fit in perfectly.

You will be the first person who our customers interact with, so it is critical that you have a welcoming attitude and patience. We are a casual company that caters to elite level game players, so being professional is equally important as being easy-going. Our small team produces quality products, and we need somebody who understands the importance of fine details.

You will frequently be pulled from one task and put on another task based on priority. We need somebody who can seamlessly transition from task to task, whether answering the phone, assisting in production, or packaging shipments. We are a small team that appreciates flexibility and an eagerness to learn. You will be working directly with the COO on day to day operations.
