Administrative Assistant/Title Clerk Full Time

We are currently looking to hire a Full time Admin at our reconditioning center in Livonia MI. We supply inventory for Rightway Automotive in the Ohio and Michigan regions. The candidate will assist the regional buyer with all central inventory processes. This includes tracking inventory and titles via excel spreadsheet, all necessary paperwork to input new inventory into our system, handling expense reports, and using all aspects of our CDK program. These are just a few of the responsibilities of the candidate. You will not do sales or deal with the public. You will communicate almost exclusively with our staff in Ohio and Michigan. This is a self driven position . We do not micromanage our employees. We will train the candidate to understand daily responsibilities and expect this individual get tasks done.
