Job Purpose and Objectives:
This position is responsible for varied clerical duties under the supervision of the Office Manager. The duties of this position include providing clerical support to the Environmental and Utilities staff. This employee should possess computer, communication, and organizational skills, be detail oriented, and understand the need and adhere to the chain of command. This position requires public contact, and confidentiality both within and outside of the department.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum level high school graduate or have an equivalent to a general education development certificate (GED).
- Minimum two (2) years’ administrative experience in a professional office environment desired.
Certifications / Licenses:
- Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License.
