We're seeking an Administrative Billing Specialist to join our fertility care team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of numbers, organization, and human connection.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients regarding billing, payments, estimates, and financial questions
• Clearly and compassionately explain treatment costs, payment expectations, and financial options
• Set up and manage patient payment plans while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to support a seamless patient experience
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation with strong attention to detail
• Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Strong financial or billing background (healthcare or fertility experience a plus, but not required)
• Confidence discussing money in a clear, calm, and reassuring manner
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A high level of emotional intelligence and discretion
• Organized, detailoriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
