Fancy Home Interiors is a leading interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential projects. We are looking for a female candidate with previous experience in the interior design / fit-out industry to support our daily operations and project documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for interior fit-out projects.
- Draft and manage emails, quotations, proposals, and offers.
- File and organize employee, owner, and company documents.
- Prepare and maintain accounting sheets for income and expenses.
- Communicate with suppliers, request quotations, and maintain supplier database.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely price submissions and deliveries.
- Support project team with documentation, schedules, and supplier coordination.
Requirements:
- Female candidate (preferred).
- Prior experience working in an interior design or fit-out company (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quotations, and supplier communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience.
