We are a law firm seeking a Female Administrative Case Coordinator who must be able to speak Tagalog to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating legal case activities, managing documentation, communicating with clients and courts, and ensuring timely follow-up of legal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, phone calls, and client communications professionally.
  • Coordinate legal case activities and maintain case progress updates.
  • Manage and organize legal documents and confidential records.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and case-related documentation.
  • Follow up with clients, courts, and external parties regarding case status.
  • Schedule meetings, consultations, hearings, and other appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
  • Assist lawyers and management with administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all matters.

Requirements:

  • Previous UAE experience is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and professional personality preferred (24–30 years old).

Salary:

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and qualifications.
