Administrative Clerk II

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
